Jean Christine Cadano - Duquillo is a self-taught visual artist from Zamboanga City. Her paintings mostly depict human figures with themes and cultural references of contemporary urban life especially in her hometown Zamboanga city. Watercolor is her primal media of art since 2015 while exploring interests to sculpture and digital art. She believes that art has never been rule-centric and that, visual arts has always been one of her best expressions of freedom with a state of order to her deep and dynamic mind.
