“Regarding my process , I used Serigraph. It is a type of silk screen using photographic transfer process. I intentionally made the linear halftone technique to create an impression of pixelated images. The audience must be few feet away from my painting in oder to view it properly otherwise they will see it distorted. It is like a dream, a faded memory of the past, our country who once was dubbed as the Paris of the Orient. We cannot come near it because it is a faded glory and we are left to wonder how people lived during those times.”
